The Sole Project knows that many young athletes are limited in their abilities simply because of their lack of equipment. Our goal is to provide new or gently used athletic shoes for young, underprivileged, aspiring athletes to achieve their full potential.

Hi, I'm Nick! I play water polo and volleyball. Shoes have shaped the opportunities and experiences I have gained from sports, and I want to give others the same chance.

Hi, I'm Tanner! I founded The Sole Project in 2022 with the goal of providing underprivileged youth athletes with quality shoes. Since then, I am proud of the growth and progress the organization has experienced. I am a current undergraduate at Duke University studying Economics and Psychology, and I am also a student manager for the Men's Basketball program.
